Turnkey Solar EPC Master Agreement
Effective Date: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the design, equipment procurement, structural installation, and net-metering synchronization performed by nexfuturesolarenergy ("Company") for residential, institutional, and commercial property owners ("Client").
1. Turnkey Architectural Scope
The company supplies Tier-1 solar modules, on-grid/hybrid inverters, hot-dip galvanized mounting structures, ACDB/DCDB protection boxes, and earthing protection as detailed in the accepted engineering quotation.
2. Warranties & Performance
Solar modules carry a 25-Year Linear Performance Warranty provided by the original manufacturer, guaranteeing at least 84.8% power output at the end of 25 years. Solar inverters carry a 5 to 10-year manufacturer replacement guarantee.
3. Milestone Payments
Projects operate on milestone invoicing: 10% upon design signing; 70% upon equipment arrival at customer premises; 20% balance upon net-metering commissioning and electrical inspection.
4. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in .
